Secret Shame #4: Younger Men

For three out of my four years of college I lived with Monica and Kristina, both lovely girls who put up with me and my bullshit (shout outs to them). One of the things we did a lot of, especially sophomore year, was pick on each other. I mean, we all have our quirks. For example, I was teased about being the slowest eater in the world (and still am). We would give Monica a hard time about having crushes on really old guys (George Clooney, Harrison Ford, Richard Gere) and then we'd tease Kristina for liking younger guys. I don't know how that last one came about, but it seems lately I should be the one getting teased about my affinity for younger men.

I'm not shy about my age, which is 23, and I don't necessarily think that women have to be younger than the guys they date/marry/fantasize about. Love knows no age, people! But right now, if I were to list my celebrity crushes for you, four out of five would all be younger than me. Seriously. (Bonus points if you can guess the identity of the guy that's older than me)

That's not to say that I don't find guys my own age (Zac Efron), or older (Bradley Cooper), attractive. I just happen to like some of these actors and find them incredibly handsome or totally likeable and they are way younger than me. This almost seems inappropriate, especially because the youngest guy on this list is 18, which is younger than my brother. I am seriously ashamed of this, but oh well! Here's the five younger men/borderline jailbaits that I seem to have inappropriate crushes on these days.

Age: 20

Score another win for puberty.

#2: Rupert Grint
Age: 21
Where I know him from: Harry Potter's bff, Ron Weasley

He's the only one on this list that could legally drink with me in the U.S.

#3: Logan Lerman
Age: 18 (no longer jailbait as of a month ago)
Where I know him from: 'My One and Only,' 'Percy Jackson: The Lightning Theif'

Look into those blue eyes and then....wait, I lost my train of thought.

#4: Luke Pasqualino
Age: 19
Where I know him from: 'Skins'

He's all kinds of foreign...and all kinds of adorable.
